excellent water pressure, spacious rooms, secure underground carpark
The pool could really use a thorough cleaning!!! Maintenance was visibly lacking with chipped tiles!!! A more diverse room menu would elevate the overall experience!!! Only five tea bags for three nights is just unacceptable!!!

The breakfast options, especially the barista-made coffee, were fantastic and a lovely way to start the day.
The bar service could use more staff, as it felt understaffed and unresponsive during busy times.

On a business trip nearby, I enjoyed my stay in a nice room with comfortable beds and an excellent bathroom with hot water and great pressure. The Coffee Club across the main road opened early, which was a lifesaver for my early mornings. I had a lovely balcony overlooking the pool, providing a nice outdoor space to unwind after a day of meetings. I found the TV connections inconvenient, as I couldn't easily plug in my laptop to watch my own shows.

The room provided excellent water pressure and was spacious. Unfortunately, common areas lacked air conditioning, making them uncomfortably hot.

the aircon worked really well and the room was quite. it was annoying getting luggage upstairs.

The Superior Room with Pool or Garden View was a bit of a letdown. The bed and pillows were uncomfortable, felt kind of stale. The room had a glimpse of the carpark and not much else. Plus, if you have any mobility issues, it’s a nightmare with stairs everywhere. Breakfast was just okay, and the missing wedding rings situation added to the overall chaos. Just not worth the price.
